Your Transition Made Easy

Most of us will reach the stage when we are called upon to assist our families in their later years. It can begin with health issues, leading to the inevitable downsizing. Conversely, you may have been through this and are happily resolved to readying yourselves for the different stages in your lives. Sorting through years of accumulated goods, complete with memories and sentiment, can be daunting.

We assist you in liquidating unwanted treasures by working with auction houses and appraisers, charities and consignment sources. We introduce homeowners to realtors for appraisal and marketing. We can also ready the home for sale. We partner with a very reputable moving company to pack and move the chosen items to the new residence. Our team does the unpacking and set up.

We have all the trades in place; the repair men, painters, and licensed contractors for small or large renovations. Floor plans are made of the new residence to help you decide what pieces to keep and what to sell. Drapery and upholstery can be customized for the new residence. We offer several lines of new furniture, lighting and accessories to augment what you have.

Every detail is covered. We organize closets, stock the pantry, and even make the bed. The list is tailored to your needs. You simply turn the key and you're home!

Hiring a professional team makes the transition a pleasurable experience.
